Communications Team (CT) suggestions for Event Planning: 

  1. Decide on a date/time for the event you are planning. 
  2. Contact the Communications Team Leader or a member of the Advisory Team to secure a room reservation if you are desiring to utilizing a space onsite at Spring Hills Baptist Church.  If you are seeking another location, you are free to reach out to the entity to secure a date/time.
  3. Decide on how many times you would like the event to be promoted, including reminders. 
  4. Secure your chaperones – if needed.
  5. 45 days prior to the event being announced, alert CT team on website needs or graphic needs, and calendar posting needs.
  6. Announce event to SHHS members at least 30 days prior to the event date – this helps members plan to attend the event.
  7. Enjoy the event!
