SHHS Membership Renewal
SHHS Families, thanks for taking the time to submit your SHHS Membership Renewal for the 2018-2019 school year! This helps us keep up with our members, keep our group current, and keep our membership roster secure.
We look forward to another great year of supporting, encouraging, and connecting each other as we undertake the joyous and challenging task of educating our children at home!
SHHS Members: Looking forward to the 2018-19 school year,
we have opened the Membership Renewal process.
To renew your membership this season, we will be utilizing an online process, including a liability signature page. This is a total online process. The steps are below for your review.
Step 2: Complete the liability signature portion - After submitting the online form above, you will receive an email with instructions as to how to complete the online signature portion.
Step 3: Complete the SHHS Questionnaire form. - These questions are in a separate online form (see link below).
Once the information has been submitted and confirmed received, SHHS families will be set for the entire school year, including liability forms.
By using this online form submission process, this will eliminate the need for SHHS members to provide paperwork related to registration and liability release at SHHS events. Additionally, families who would be desiring to sign-up for additional SHBC children and/or teen ministries may do so simultaneously using the SHBC registration form.
Both online forms, including the online signature page, are needed to process your membership renewal. ** For Alumni members who have graduated their last homeschooled child and would like to continue their SHHS membership, all that is needed is the SHHS Additional Questions Form.
The deadline to renew your SHHS membership is July 1, 2018.
The 2018-19 SHHS Membership Roster will be available to members for viewing by September 10, 2018.
